Vladimir Krulj

Dr. Vladimir Krulj is a distinguished economist with dual French and Serbian heritage. He serves as a fellow at the renowned free market think tank, the Institute of Economic Affairs in London, and is a visiting lecturer at ESCP Business School and the University of Tours, France.
Dr. Krulj previously held the position of President of the Board of Komercijalna Banka, served as chief economist to Serbia’s core negotiating team with the EU, and advised the cabinet of the Minister without portfolio in charge of European integration.
Dr. Krulj holds an MA degree from Coventry University and a professional certificate from École Nationale d’Administration. Additionally, he earned an MBA from HEC Paris and an MSc from King’s College London. He was awarded a PhD from the Faculty of Economics Finance and Administration and completed post-doctoral research at Louvain Catholic University.
In his advisory capacity, Dr. Krulj provided guidance to the Government of Serbia. From 2016 to 2018, he notably served as President of the Board of Komercijalna Banka. As a macroeconomic and political analyst, Dr. Krulj contributes to various print and electronic media outlets across the UK, USA, France, and other countries.
