Georgetown CIED Hosts Executive MBA Students from SMBS for Leadership Program

Georgetown University’s Center for Intercultural Education and Development (CIED) recently had the privilege of hosting a group of Executive MBA students from the Salzburg Management and Business School (SMBS) at the University of Salzburg. This enriching one-week program, held in Washington, DC, provided participants with an opportunity to deepen their understanding of leadership, strategy, and international business.

The program was led by the Gateway to Georgetown team, alongside Georgetown’s Professor Eric Langenbacher. Over the course of the week, participants engaged with prominent industry leaders, gaining valuable insights into a variety of topics. Sessions were conducted by esteemed professionals such as Juergen Graner, who led a discussion on transaction-based growth management; Mike Mears, a Leadership Theoretician, who delved into leadership dynamics; and Sam Potolicchio, who shared his expertise on strategic communication and personal branding.

This collaboration with distinguished experts provided a dynamic and comprehensive learning experience for the Executive MBA students, equipping them with the tools and strategies necessary for success in their future business ventures.
