The immersive program offered students a deeper understanding of the U.S. political system through academic coursework, expert-led discussions, and experiential learning opportunities across Washington, DC. Throughout the week, students engaged in lectures and seminars led by Georgetown faculty from the McCourt School of Public Policy, the Department of Government, and the Walsh School of Foreign Service. These sessions covered a range of key topics including U.S. public policy, the healthcare system, electoral politics, and the role of media in governance.

In addition to classroom learning, students participated in site visits to institutions such as the Inter-American Development Bank and the U.S. Department of State, where they gained real-world insights into international cooperation and diplomacy. The program also included dialogue-based workshops that encouraged thoughtful discussions on the transatlantic relationship and contemporary U.S. foreign policy.

This collaborative program reflected Georgetown’s commitment to global education and academic exchange. The University extends its sincere thanks to all faculty, staff, guest speakers, and institutional partners who contributed to the success of this initiative.

We look forward to continuing our engagement with the University of Navarra and fostering deeper academic connections across borders.
