Theodore Rosen

Dr. Rosen is a general Industrial/Organizational Psychologist who has a wide-ranging career in governmental, private, and academic organizations.  Always on the edge of technology, Dr. Rosen has over 10 years experience in distance education using the Internet and other technologies, and over 35 years total experience in the field.  He is active and well-respected in several professional societies and served on over 20 Doctoral Dissertation Committees. Dr. Rosen has worked with many international managers and executives.

Dr. Rosen is an Associate Director and Graduate Programs Director at the Department of Psychology at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. He also has extensive teaching experience as Adjunct Professor at the George Washington School of Business, and the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.  His area of expertise is in Executive Coaching, Management, and Development.  Dr. Rosen developed and presented a number of tailored workshops, seminars, and academic programs to international managers and executives visiting the US and in their native countries.  Programs presented in Romania and Albania to government officials and NGO executives.  Other programs included executives representing the Ukraine, China, and Kosovo, held in Washington, DC.

Dr. Rosen completed his Ph.D. work at George Washington University with concentration on Industrial/Organizational Psychology. He has a Master’s degree from Temple University and A.B. from the George Washington University.
